Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel

At more than 24 hours until race start, you can rebook by contacting Scandinavian Kartway directly.

At less than 24 hours until the start, the race cannot be rebooked. Please note that often includes preparations that involve costs that must be covered and you therefore cannot get your money back for the experience.

On the day: If something unforeseen has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness) please contact the race manager so they know that you will not be participating. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

In case of cancellation and refund, the booking fee has been deducted from the amount you paid. So you will get back the registration fee minus the booking fee.
